Short and honest: we only use what is needed to make the website work. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional, are off by default and only load after you give your consent.

What are cookies and local storage?

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage work in the same way. Some are needed to make the website work, and for those we do not ask for consent. For all others, we first ask for your consent, per purpose.

Always on. Local storage and session storage stay in your own browser and do not leave your device, unless you submit a form yourself. The cookies session_id and frontend_lang are technically necessary for our website platform Odoo. have the Odoo cookies checked

The font and all images come from our own website, not from external services.

Analytics (optional, only with consent)

To understand which pages and calculators are useful, so we can improve the website. We never send your name, email address or phone number along with this.

The retention periods are the providers' default periods. If we enable a service, we check this list, update it and ask for your consent again.

How the blocking works

Without your consent, the website does not load a single script from Google or Meta. Rejecting or closing the banner without choosing has the same effect.
If you give your consent, only the services for the purpose you ticked are loaded, and only if they are enabled.
For Google, we use Consent Mode v2 in its basic form: without consent, the Google tags are not loaded at all.
Scrolling, clicking further or closing the banner never counts as consent. Nothing is ticked in advance.
We keep your choice for 6 months. After that, we ask again.

Managing your cookies yourself

In your browser settings, you can always view and delete stored cookies and website data. If you delete them, we ask for your choice again.
